Marketing Coordinator – Langley BC or St.Albert AB

We are looking for a marketing coordinator to work out of our St. Albert or Langley office. The marketing coordinator will be responsible for developing a variety of print and digital marketing pieces as well as the creation of short videos, maintaining our websites, social media, educational presentations, analytics, and other various marketing & operations tasks as required.

We are looking for someone creative (obviously), with an ability to think outside the box to create unique brand focused materials with an overwhelmingly strong attention to detail. This position will require the right candidate to manage and maintain multiple brands within the same industry, each with their unique brand needs.

Familiarity with various social media platforms, Adobe Creative Suite (or similar), video creation, Mailchimp, WordPress, and a drive to create quality marketing pieces will be considered an asset. Examples from a portfolio may be requested.

Membership Services Underwriter – Langley BC or St.Albert AB

We are currently looking to add another Underwriter to our growing team. Underwriting is like the office version of being a private detective. It’s a role that encourages critical thinking and decision making and it’s all about risk management, reviewing our builder clients and protecting the health of our home warranty program. It’s a detailed role where you’ll be in charge of compiling and gathering information, reviewing all the details about our builders including financial statements, and taking action based on those findings.
