COVID – 19

Although we still highly recommend virtual meetings, phone and email communication during this time, our doors are open and we are here for whatever you may need. If you are coming, or planning to come to our offices, please schedule a meeting in advance whenever possible. At Progressive & Pacific Home Warranty, we are committed to the health and well being of our staff, their families, and our valued clients and homeowners.

Please note that there are steps, precautions, and new rules we must follow for the safety of our staff and you.

In accordance with operating requirements, we have taken steps that support a safe work environment for those who are working in, or coming to our office.  Aside from the standard “new normal” you are seeing with social distancing signage and floor disks, we are requesting that anyone coming to our office respect the following procedures:

  • Please respect the social distancing guidelines of a 2 metre distance between individuals.
  • If you are experiencing a fever, new onset of cough, difficulty breathing, or if you (or someone in your home) has recently traveled outside of Canada, or have come into contact with anyone who has been diagnosed with or is being tested for COVID-19, we request that you schedule a virtual meeting and do not come into our offices until you have completed a 14 day isolation quarantine.

We have taken every precaution possible and are constantly cleaning and sanitizing our office and have hand sanitizer available to you at all times.
